Our efforts span the entire state, and historic buildings are a key element to our businesses. Our staffs spend considerable professional development time each year focused specifically on the preservation of historic properties.

In addition to satisfying the immediate project team needs, we also understand the important role the Maine Historic Preservation Commission plays in these projects, and have a good strong working relationship with that governing entity.

Industrial

Construction oversight and coordination of a multitude of industrial settings: Hydro-electric Dams, Power Co-Generation, Pulp and Paper, and Biomass Heating Plants. At Maine’s heart and soul are our industrial installations, where raw materials are transformed into usable goods, often shipped all over the world. We strive to support this industry in a multitude of capacities and services, engaging both our design and construction management strengths to help these facilities improve their products and productivity.

Residential

Residential design is a hallmark of our practice, working with homeowners (or more accurately future homeowners) to develop their dream concepts into a viable and affordable design. We also lend engineering support to architects who have challenging designs that need specialized structural attention and consideration.
