CROSSROADS HOLDINGS
The General Contractor team for The Downs consists of Rocco Risbara III, William Risbara, Marc Risbara, Peter Michaud, and Richard Michaud. Together, we bring a deep background of Southern Maine construction, development, and business to this project. The Risbara’s and Michaud’s are founders and co-owners of multiple Scarborough-based companies including Maine Properties LLC, Southern Maine Remodeling and M & R Holdings. We are all Scarborough residents, and are committed to creating a high-quality product and a true Town Center here in our community.
