About Us

We are a small, client-focused firm centrally located in Scarborough, Maine that offers architectural design and project management services to our customers.

Incorporated in 2009, our team of dedicated design and construction management professionals has been part of hundreds of projects, from as far north as Fort Kent, ME, as far south as Princeton, NJ, as far west as Albany, NY and many points in between.  Client satisfaction is our paramount objective, and we treat each project as if it were our own.  This philosophy is why 86% of our clients are repeat clients.

 

Our architectural design team provides construction drawings and design insight for a wide variety of different industries, with its services cemented in commercial design but also has a wealth of experience in custom residential and historical preservation.  This multi-faceted team of licensed architects, engineers and designers is proficient in applying the multitude of codes to the designs we produce, including ADA, life safety, and energy codes. 

 

Complimenting our design team, our project management team then takes the construction documents and leads the construction team to bring those plans to fruition.  Whether administering our own designs or working as the Owner’s Representative/Owner’s Project Manager for our other clients, this team is able to execute a project from bidding through punch list. 

 

In 2022, Dirigo became part of a family of companies that includes two construction firms, a property management firm and a real estate development firm.  Together, we are able to provide a truly turn-key delivery to your project and bring your building needs from idea to occupancy.
